Traub's An Angler's Album: Fishing in Photography and Literature, is a collection of photographs of people fishing taken by professional photographers over 150 years, along with corresponding quotes by writers, such as Thoreau, Steinbeck, Izaak Walton, and Shakespeare. Sports Illustrated contributor Ron Fimrite noted, "Even if you are not a fisherman . . . this remarkable book can coax a smile from you."
