Education: Studied architecture in London during the early 1930s; attended London University.

CAREER:

Writer and philosopher. Practiced architecture in England and India; director and writer for television program Eco 4 the World, 2006. Military service: Became major in the British Army; officer with Royal Engineers during World War II.
