Miss Edna's letters begin in 1925 when she goes away to college, and end in 1975 as she is dying of cancer in a Dallas, Texas, hospital. The book I Had a Teacher is based on my research on effective teaching. It is motivational and inspirational. Creating Positive Images contains practical information for emerging adults as they seek to relate successfully to others. The Joy of Helping is a motivational book for workers who wish to be successful personally and in the workplace. I Had a Teacher, Two will have more compelling stories about the impact of teachers on individuals."
