Vincze, Imre
Vincze, Imre, Hungarian composer and teacher; b. Kocs, Sept. 26, 1926; d. Budapest, May 3, 1969. He studied with Szabó at the Budapest Academy of Music (graduated, 1951); after serving as Szabó’s assistant there, he was a prof, until 1968. In 1952 and 1956 he won the Erkel Prize.
