Schouwman, Hans, Dutch pianist, singer, and composer; b. Gorinchem, Aug. 8, 1902; d. The Hague, April 8, 1967. After training from Peter van Anrooy, he was active as a recitalist accompanying himself at the piano. He also devoted much time to composition.
