Amer. ps. of Berg's Lulu (both incomplete and complete versions), Henze's Boulevard Solitude and The Bassarids, Strauss's Daphne, Shostakovich's The Nose, Britten's Owen Wingrave, Stephen Oliver's Duchess of Malfi, and Judith Weir's Blond Eckbert.
