Ruiter, Wim de

Ruiter, Wim de , Dutch composer, organist, and teacher; b. Heemstede, Aug. 11, 1943. He studied organ with Piet Kee in Amsterdam (1963–69) and composition with Ton de Leeuw there (1968–74). He taught at the Zwolle Cons. (1973–77) and the Amsterdam Cons. (from 1973). He was also active as a concert organist.
