Ovchinnikov, Viacheslav
Ovchinnikov, Viacheslav, Russian composer and conductor; b. Voronezh, May 29, 1936. He studied composition with Khrennikov at the Moscow Cons, (graduated, 1962), and also received training in conducting from Lev Ginzburg.
