Holborne, Antony or Anthony, English composer; b. place and date unknown; d. Nov. 29?, 1602. He publ. The Cittharn Schoole (58 pieces; London, 1597) and Pavans, Galliards, Almains…in 5 Parts (65 pieces; London, 1599), which were popular in their day.
