Fliminel, Theodor Von
Fliminel, Theodor VOn, Austrian writer on music; b. Amstetten, Dec. 15, 1853; d. Vienna, Dec. 25, 1928. He first studied medicine in Vienna, then became interested in art and maintained an art gallery. He taught the history of art at the Athenaum in Vienna and served as asst. curator of the Hofmuseum (1884–93). In music his main research concentrated on Beethoven.
