Dressel, Erwin, German pianist, conductor, and composer; b. Berlin, June 10, 1909; d. there, Dec. 17, 1972. He studied in Berlin with Klatte at the Stern Cons, and with Juon at the Hochschule für Musik. He was active in Berlin as a pianist, theater conductor, arranger, and composer.
