Delvaux, Albert , Belgian composer; b. Louvain, May 31, 1913. He studied at the Louvain Cons, and then completed his training with Joseph Leroy at the Liége Cons. He won a third prize (1957, for Esquisses) and a first prize (1961, for Sinfonia burlesca) in the Queen Elisabeth International Composition Competition in Brussels.
