Berbiguier, Antoine (Benoît-) Tranquille

Berbiguier, Antoine (Benoît-) Tranquille, French flutist and composer; b. Calderousse, Vaucluse, Dec. 21, 1782; d. Pont-Levoy, near Blois, Jan. 28, 1833. He studied with Wunderlich at the Paris Cons. He composed numerous works for flute, including ten concertos and many chamber pieces.
