YOUST, Lionel. American, b. 1934. Genres: Local history/Rural topics, Biography, Documentaries/Reportage. Career: Logger in Oregon, California, Washington, and British Columbia, 1949-53; U.S. Air Force, aircraft maintenance officer, 1953-75; owner/operator of a charter transportation service in Oregon, 1978-92. Also works as theater director, actor, and playwright.
