The Wolverine Kid wants Buck Ward (Jones) dead because the Kid's father, John Plunkett, was rejected by Buck's mother in favor of Buck's dad, Bill, who killed the interloper in a fight. Bill also happens to be in possession of one of Plunkett's ivory-handed guns and the Kid wants that back as well. In chapter 2 of “Gordon of Ghost City,” Gordon and Mary Gray are observed by a mysterious, threatening figure and Mary gets caught in a stampede. 81m/B VHS .
