It's a Great Feeling ★★½ 1949
Another Carson and Day team-up where Carson plays a camera-hogging showoff whom no one wants to direct. He's such an industry piranha that he ends up directing himself! He cons Day, a waitress and would-be actress, by promising her a part in his new film. Some executives hear her sing before she heads back home to Wisconsin, fed up with Hollywood. They make Carson track her down to star in the new picture, but when he arrives she is at the altar with her high school sweetheart. 85m/ C VHS . Dennis Morgan, Doris Day, Jack Carson, Bill Goodwin, Errol Flynn, Gary Cooper, Joan Crawford, Ronald Reagan, Sydney Green-street, Danny Kaye, Eleanor Parker, Edward G. Robinson, Jane Wyman; D: David Butler.
