Worked as production assistant, WGBH-TV, Boston, MA, on Say Brother, 1968-71, and in New York City for Children's Television Workshop and WNET-TV during 1970s; stage manager for Off-Broadway theatres, 1975-80; New York State Council on the Arts, program associate, 1983-89, director of Literature Program, 1989-93; Hunter College, NYC, lecturer in women's studies and English, 1989-90; board member for organizations and task forces.
