Description:
State and locally supported, 2-year, coed. Awards certificates, transfer associate, and terminal associate degrees. Founded 1957. Setting: 125-acre small town campus with easy access to Baltimore and Washington, DC. Endowment: $4 million. Total enrollment: 4,736. 917 applied, 100% were admitted. Students come from 9 states and territories, 1% from out-of-state, 0.5% Native American, 2% Hispanic, 7% black, 2% Asian American or Pacific Islander, 0% international, 60% 25 or older. Core.
